Lactic bacteria play a central role in cheese making, and Savencia encountered problems of exchanges of these bacteria between the different cheeses on the cutting lines. This could result in an alteration of the taste of the products.
After an on-site study, we set up two Ikibox 1000 at the cheese cutting lines. The air purifiers have been running continuously for two years, and there are no more airborne moulds: the customer is extremely satisfied with this solution which preserves the quality of the products while improving the working conditions of the employees.
